What we do
BrainSpan Journal publishes research-informed articles on brain health, memory, cognitive decline, nutrition, sleep, and the everyday habits that support a healthier mind. We aim to translate real research into plain, useful language — without overstating what any single habit, food, or supplement can do.
Our editorial approach
We prioritize describing what research actually shows, including where evidence is strong, where it's preliminary, and where it's genuinely mixed. We're skeptical of miracle-cure framing, including when it's applied to topics we cover, like nutrition or supplements.
What this site is not
BrainSpan Journal is an educational publication, not a medical practice. Nothing here is a substitute for individualized advice from a licensed healthcare provider. See our full Medical Disclaimer.
